Today I finally decided to watch a soccer game......my experience began by watching the teams warm up by running back and forth....after watching them run back and forth for about 45 minutes....I realized this was the actual game....wow. I then remembered my neighbor was having the exterior of his house painted.....so I went there to watch the paint dry....much more exciting.
Or, you could watch golfers walking, or riding around a manicured cow pasture chasing little white balls so they can put then in a metal cup in the ground.
RN: I am certain sumo fans disagree with the fat wrestler part.
As for the choice between soccer and golf on TV, I am considering paying my cable company for the PaintDry (tm) Channel, which to me will provide superior entertainment to both.
I'd guess someone being proud of playing trumpet in his high school band would also love a girls game.
And RN you are correct I could not play soccer....I would be to embarrassed.
But,I was second team All State from Freehold Regional High School,(not for trumpet) for baseball, and was a three year starter at third base for Seton Hall.
And RN....if you ever see me playing soccer please dial 911 at once....its obvious I'm being forced at gunpoint.....maybe by a high school trumpet player.
Sorry Lester, but I've played and watched a lot of baseball games.....and I swear I've never seen anyone playing a position named "catcher's." Now,are you sure you were playing baseball or maybe you took too many foul tips on the noggin.
I will try to ponder a little more on the subject.....in fact I bought a book called "Pondering for Dummies".....and I'm praying that someday I will be able to ponder with the best of them.

Maybe if they made the goal wider or something we could get away from some of these 0-0, 1-0, 1-1 games. That might help.
Looking forward to USA-vs-Belgium.
If ya don't appreciate athleticism, coordination, skill, etc. drink beer and watch fat wrestlers.
Miss Ann would be proud of you Rusty.

In either case the skill and training is amazing.
Ya got a link to the specific plank in the British Healthcare provisions for cancer patients?
From a Lancet Oncology study, Les; cancer survival rates for men in the U.S. - 66%, for men in England - 45%.
Ooops....looks like RN is a soccer fan,no surprise there. He must enjoy the flopping, biting and fake injuries.
Actually soccer is a good game for girls. Both of my best friends daughter's got full rides at Pac 12 schools playing soccer.

Baseball kinda drags, too, at times.
Shackelturd, you could play soccer if your ass depended on it. Nope, knitting is your game.
Great game, if you play it. Catchers, my position get a lot of action. Catch and throw more balls than any player on the team.
Hockey is a great sport as well. Right up there with American footbal and boxing. Although I hedge on boxing, it ain't what it used to be.
Remember Julio Caesar Chavez? Now that guy could fight (I think that he was like 70-0 at one point).

"Catchers" was the position you played RN? Sorry, never heard of catchers.
Go back to your knitting ShakleTurd. I bet you quilt as well fat boy.
I will ponder just where the hell this "catcher's" position is.
Looks like RN got caught lying.
Nope ShackelTurd, the lying, if there be any falls squarely on your lap.
As for pondering, you've not the intellect to ponder. With all due respect of course.
Enjoy the day.

Perhaps ShackelTurd is angling to become the next "wd", figuratively speaking that is.
Good luck Rusty on understanding "Pondering for Dummies", hopefully for your sake it will also help you to think.
Or give him a copy of "The Catcher in the Wtf"
And not sure why he so hates the likes of Louis Armstrong....
