On Bergdahl Apparently Already Having Been Bounced From the Coast Guard (For Psychological Reasons)
Two question. a) Why would Bergdahl, already having had one bad experience in the armed services, take yet another stab at it and b) why would the armed services be willing to give him that stab?
I was never a Recruiter [thankfully], but I do know that the Army at least, gave moral and other waivers to boost troop levels. Bergdahl seems to have enlisted during the times this was occurring.

Well, at least we know now that he does have a screw loose (he lasted, what, 2 weeks in the Coast Guard?).
