I was just scanning the dial and couldn't get over how groveling the audience is. The dude could probably go out there and read Consumer Reports and they'd clap.
The guy's got a major Dukakis problem, as in insisting on a terrible policy to let dangerous convicts out early. I hope it comes back to bite him hard, if he tries to run again.
Speaking of which, how about Obama intentionally releasing high level terrorists "into the wild" to resume trying to kill us? Seems worse than a Dukakis problem.
Yeah, I don't know about this decision (of Obama's), dmarks; negotiating with terrorists and the fellow that we got back maybe being a deserter as well. My suspicion is that this was simply a way to divert attention away from the V.A. fiasco.
Can't say that I like either one of those 2, BB, but if I had to choose I would probably take Rand. The guy is decent on civil liberties, light-years smarter, and appears to be the opposite of a neocon, too. We definitely could do worse.............Fair point, Russ (though I must confess to liking Maher back when he was more of a small-l libertarian and not a boot-licking leftist).

He IS folksier than Rand Paul.
Same thing as Bill Maher's audience.

I would like to share a couple of cold ones with Huckabee. He really does seem [to me] to be a nice guy.
I'd never vote for him though. The only episode I of his show that I could sit through, was the one that aired Memorial Day weekend.
He is affable. I will give him that.
