On the Fact that (According to the F.B.I. - https://ucr.fbi.gov/hate-crime/2018/topic-pages/offenders) Even Though Blacks Are Just 13.4% of the Population, They Commit 24% of the Hate-Crimes In this Country (1.79 Times Their Representation)

Whites on the other hand constitute 63.4% of the population and perpetrate 53.6% of the hate-crimes (somewhat less than their representation). Still bad and nothing to write home about but, damn, a whole lot better than what you'd expect if you listened to CNN and MSLSD all day, that's for certain!
