On the Fact that (According to Scholar, Richard Carrier) Being that the Gospels Were Written at Least Four Decades After the Supposed Death of Jesus, it Is Highly Unlikely that Any of the Supposed Witnesses to His Existence Were Even Still Alive at that Point (the Life Expectancy 2,000 Ago Obviously Being Much Less than it Currently Is; About 37 Additional Years for a 10 Year-Old)

It's also important to point out here that the Gospels were the first time that an earthly Jesus had ever been mentioned and that when you combine this with the other wildly fictitious utterances in them (http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/abs/nt_list.html), yeah, there certainly is some room for doubt.
