Hey dude, you don't need "institutional power" to violently attack somebody and the proof of that is that when you control for population, a black person is nearly 27 times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa. And what pray tell do you mean by no institutional power? The President (not to mention his chief counsel), Attorney General, Director of Homeland Security, and National Security Adviser were ALL black when you said this and that doesn't even count all of the big city black mayors in the country, the NAACP and other pressure groups, the Congressional Black Caucus, etc. - all of whom possess much power...............................................................................................Of course the saddest fact of the matter is that you're probably barking up the wrong tree to begin with in that if you've ever done an actual cross-cultural and historical analysis, you'd see that the relationship between institutional power and economic status is exceedingly tenuous at best (the Jews in Germany, the Germans in Russia, the Italians in Argentina, the Armenians in Turkey, the Chinese in Malaysia, the Chinese in the U.S.A., the Japanese in Canada, etc.). I mean, I know that this victimization narrative is a sort of life-blood for you and all but if you really, REALLY, want to help black folks, SHUT THE FUCK UP!!
