Too Early for Heisman Talk?

Yeah, probably. But when you throw for 355 yards (on 23 for 28) and 5 touchdowns, and it only takes you 3 quarters to do it, Louisville quarterback, Teddy Bridgewater, just might be the best place to start that conversation when you're ready.

If I recall you were saying the same thing about Geno Smith last year......calm down it was Ohio they played....not OSU.

Don't sleep on the MAC, Russ. Northern Illinois beat Iowa on the road (the Big Ten never consents to play them at their places) and Ohio (under the steady leadership of Frank Solich) beat Penn State in Happy Valley last year.......And Bridgewater is WAY better than Geno. Mark it down.

Even though he's a genuine horse's ass Im still riding the Johnny Football train.SEC football is a couple level's above the MAC.

Bridgewater will be playing on Sundays. Manziel? I half expect to see that kid on the prison squad. And I also must remind you what Bridgewater did to that vaunted Gator defense in last year's Sugar Bowl. Slice and dice!

We can discuss the subject in early Nov..

Did you just see the FSU-Pitt game? Jameis Winston, the redshirt Freshman FSU quarterback, completed 25-27 passes for 356 yards and 4 touchdowns AND he ran for a score. Watch, he'll be getting a lot of hype now, too.

I think that Mack is getting a little senile and if he loses to BYU this weekend and to Ole Miss the weekend after, man is that hot-seat gonna get even hotter.

Louisville is playing Eastern Kentucky this weekend. The only way that they don't break 70 is if they run on every down (and even with that with the Auburn transfer, Michael Dyer...).
