BB: That is a pretty good idea: the rulers stealing less from the people, but still getting a massive amount of money (more than enough for necessary public services). But Putin's regime of state control of the media would make WD and the censorship crowd so happy. Not libertarian at all.
I mustn't be a very strong libertarian in that I actually still support a graduated income tax and am willing to entertain the Milton Friedman proposal of a negative income tax.
