On the Fact that Michigan Senator, Jacob Howard, Was the Author of the Citizenship Clause to the 14th Amendment and He Had this to Say -

"This of course does not include persons born in the United States WHO ARE FOREIGNERS (My Emphasis), aliens who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited  to the government of the United States......"......Yeah, it seems pretty clear to me that the 14th Amendment was written primarily for the benefit of African-Americans and for idiots like Bill Krystol to try and convince us that he knows more about the amendment than one of the key architects of it is really hilarious...………………………………………………………………………..P.S. And so, yeah, President Trump absolutely can alter this moronic practice with an executive order in that it was a bureaucratic process that created it in the first place (in he 1960s apparently)! Hopefully the dude follows through.
