Fine but then where are the suspects. I mean, certainly the cops have to have some leads (the fact that low-level thugs tend to be stupid and therefore easier to find, the fact that there are probably a dozen or so cameras in that vicinity which would have captured the event, the fact that the murder took place at 4:19 AM and so that would seem to narrow things down a bit as well, the fact that the cops were all wearing body-cams which would have captured Mr. Rich's behavior and words, etc.). Of course, if the police had been told to stand down (as Mr. Wheeler has alleged)............
