On the Fact that (According to Human Rights Advocate and Newsbud and Boiling Frogs Post Contributor, Filip Kovacevic) a Significant Percentage of Citizens in Montenegro Do NOT Wish to Join NATO and Yet it Seems to Be Happening Anyway

Yet another example of the people being smarter than their government (the fact NATO less than two decades ago had been bombing the daylights out of them, the fact that them joining NATO would just isolate Russia even more AND piss them off, the fact that a NATO alliance could conceivably get them involved in military issues totally unrelated to their own national security, etc.) is what this one looks like. Big time.
