Note to Bernie Sanders

  In 2014, the top 1% paid 38% of all income taxes, the top 5% paid 59% of all income taxes, and the top 10% paid 70% of all income taxes. You keep on saying that the rich should pay "their fair share" of taxes but you never define what that should be. Please inform us, what SHOULD these percentages be?
