Can we all at least agree that this is ridiculous, and an outrage?
The only solution is to immediately abolish any sort of ethnic or racial factors from admissions.
Any individual who has been found to have been discriminated against by racially teired testing admissions policy should be able to sue the pants off anyone who caused this... and create a chilling effect to eradidate this sort of institutional racism completely.
Sorry, John Myste's of the world. I do not buy the argument that black people are, in your words, less "capable". They don't need to be treated as inferior beings.
Treat black people with dignity; like all deserve to be treated.

I would love to hear the progressive justification for anti-Asian discrimination.
