In taking such a massive amount of government money for dubious service, Newt is high level welfare queen.
Similar to Van Jones but far worse. Jones got tens of thousands of dollars of Federal money as "jobs czar", a period during which he did nothing but whistle as the Obama recession caused the nation to shed millions of jobs.
