I endorsed Ms. Gabbard for the Democratic nomination last year and it was based in part on actions like this where she stands up to her own party (though, yes, her biggest selling point has always been her opposition to regime-change wars). Hopefully her break from politics isn't permanent 'cause what we're left with now is just plain horrible.
