On William Kristol's Paranoiac Neocon Concern that China Wishes to Be the Preeminent Naval Power in the South China Sea

Yeah, that would be like China worrying about the U.S. being the preeminent naval power in the Caribbean Sea, Mississippi Delta, and the Gulf of Mexico. If you're asking me, this is just Kristol (as he is often prone to do) looking for additional enemies 'cause as I'm sure that you're aware by now you can never have too many of 'em (neocon 101).
