On the Fact that (According to the "Child Abuse Review") Close to 10% of All Rapes in South Africa Are Perpetrated Against Children Under Three Years of Age

Where is the left's outrage on THIS? I mean, have we gotten to the point where race trumps even child brutality now? One of the possible reasons for this barbarism is a ludicrous belief by some in South Africa that sex with a child will insulate you from AIDS - this despite the numerous efforts by Western relief agencies to educate the populous otherwise.
