On the Rump Conclusion that a Gary Johnson Presidency Would "Crush" the Middle-Class

And this would work how exactly? By allowing them to keep more of their own money? By removing the boot of the government from the throat of small businesses through fewer regulations and reduced licensing requirements? By not sending as many of their kids overseas to fight in these protracted idiotic conflicts? By abolishing the bailout culture and nixing crony capitalism? By imprisoning fewer of them and their children via some idiotic drug-war? By reforming entitlements to ensure that there will at least be something left by the time that these folks retire? I don't know, folks, the way that I see it here, Gary Johnson would be a pretty darn good friend to the middle-class.

You are right of course Will. However, to the wd's of the nation Johnson is public enemy #1. He doesn'r fit their statist template.

It's like WD's utterly insane claim that a flat tax would benefit the wealthy. Of course, as long as any tax money as taken at all, it by definition cannot be a benefit.

Did WD really make this claim about Johnson, Will? Crazy. Of course you know as I do that the middle class would do better, and those who stand stand to lose most are in the tiny, less-than-1% in the top ruling elite. And WD is all about protecting the privileges, wealth, and abusive power of those who rule.

I didn't even have to use his name and it was that obvious, huh? Yeah, he said it over at Les's site.

From the title of this, have you nicknamed him Rump? Given his perverted bromantic obsessions, he'd probably like that.

You have a better chance of walking out your front door and finding a 40 carat diamond on the ground then Gary Johnson has of becoming president.

It's not just the homoerotic basement-dweller that dislikes Johnson.

The Republican party all over fought to keep him off the ballot last time. As a result, I could not legally vote for Gary Johnson.

Republicans fighting (against Democrat's wishes) to reduce the real problem of voter fraud? Of course that is not an attack on democracy. Election fraud destroys democracy. Ending ending election fraud helps democracy.

But fighting to win the election through frivolous suits and corrupt government action to keep opponents off the ballot?... well, that obviously is.

But come on, Rusty, wouldn't you want to see Johnson do well just to make Rump even angrier?

The thing about Johnson is not only did he get elected in one of the most liberal states in the Union, he got reelected in a landslide (against some hand-picked Hispanic up and coming star). The man obviously knows how to govern.

And, btw, if we want fewer such rump opinions, someone better stop feeding WD so many beans.

He evidently had nothing better to do today than to send me 93 unread and quickly eliminated comments. So sad.

And, yes, quite rump.

Rump-hole for the Failure strikes again.

Hell dmarks...I voted for Bob Barr....I just could not hold my nose and vote for McCain.

dmarks said...

El Rustbo... do you think Barr has actually ever had more than the "40 karat diamond" chance you mocked Johnson for having??

Rusty Shackelford said...

Nope,Barr had no chance....but I knew his running mate....and I could not force myself to vote for McCain
