Judging from the NYT article today (posted at RN USA) we'll be fortunate if the final cost is 500 million.
ACA appears to be worse on all fronts in general terms. Perhaps it will be known soon as The Obama Boondoggle. Or Obama's Great Failed Adventure.Or perhaps ACA and Obama's Monumental Spin.
Who knows. But there is plenty of hope. Although the time is running short.
