Herman Cain's Position on Abortion

What would be my answer to the question, "So, what do you personally find more difficult to decipher; a Rubik's Cube or Herman Cain's position on abortion?"

Or how about President Obama's? He once said he wasn't paid enough to have an opinion about the issue.

Obama, Romney, the first President Bush, Jesse Jackson - there sure has been a lot of high-stepping on this issue, huh, dmarks?

Through which trimester should it be available on demand John?

I believe in Ancient Athens you could kill an unwanted newborn. Since this is exactly equal to killing a baby that is about to be born, Rusty asks a really good question, his first, so far as I know.

I mean no disrespect, Rusty.

I'm not a Doctor Rusty so I leave those decisions up to to the medics.
Also I'm not shackled to religious dogma so I'm capable of making rational decisions on my own.

You know as we all do, abortion in the US has been politicised, there are many countries where it doesn't even show on the radar thankfully I live in one of those places.

The people I know who are of faith ("religious dogma") are very good at making rational decisions on their own.

Like I said in a previous post, while I'm pretty strongly pro-choice, the fact that a partial birth abortion can be performed at 34 weeks because the mother has mild depression (in 10 states they don't even need a reason) IS something that gives me pause.

Will: Yours is a common view. A mainstream one.

The "abortion for any reason at all up through birth" view (which John implied earlier) is one of the extreme/fringe ones, as is the view to ban abortions of any kind, ever.

That is simply a fact. I don't see how any rational person can disagree with it.

Both of the dogmatic sides of the abortion debate embrace idiocy.

"Who gives a shit what Cains position is! He's a Right Wing extremist so we know he thinks women are second class citizens.
Abortion should available on demand that's real freedom."

Spoken like a guy who knows the reality that the pro-Death message is full of whores who give up the cat easily, and also knows that a guy who is all feminist gets laid easily, too. Nicely payed, sir.

If abortion on demand is "real freedom", and it's murder, than why shouldn't we all just be allowed to kill whenever and whomever we wish with no accountability?

Sad and tired liberal rhetoric, John. You really need to try harder.

Ecc, I did not say any of those things, John did.

@John Myste,

Sir, If I meant John Myste, I would have said John Myste. I said John. There is one John on this thread. There is one John whose words I copied verbatim. It is not you. Come on, man....get it together.

I just don't know if I can talk to you if you are going to be like this, sir.

John Myste said...

By sir, I mean Ecc, not John Myste, who was also called Sir in the comment section.

Hopefully no one will get too confused by the dual use of "sir." It would be like calling everyone John, or not calling John, John, because John will think you are speaking to him, so calling John, John Myste, which is much clearer when you are speaking to John Myste, but still leaves some confusion out there where you are speaking to John.

I hope this explanation simplifies everything.

Apparently having a knowledgeable opinion about abortion is above John's pay grade also.

HR, I didn't say that, John did.

Check your temperature, John Myste, you may have a fever. I quoted John.

Unless you think you're being funny...

Which one of you is Johnny Fever? Or are you quoting books of the Bible now/
