Tenth Question for President Biden

Mr. Biden, you do realize don't you that that oil from Canada is going to be transported one way or another and that (even according to the progressive Huffington Post - https://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2013/10/15/pipeline-oil-transport-safety-fraser-institute_n_4101362.html) the pipeline mode is the safest and least environmentally destructive of the options? I mean, I get it that you feel pressured to throw the environmental nut-jobs a bone but this decision makes zero sense, man. Seriously.
