Mr. Biden, it has been estimated that within the next 20 to 30 years the world will be producing approximately 6,000,000 metric tonnes of solar waste (https://www.americanexperiment.org/2020/08/solar-panels-are-starting-to-die-what-will-we-do-with-the-megatons-of-toxic-trash/) every fucking year (excuse my French). What plans should the world be devising in an effort to head off this environmental catastrophe and what should the world be doing right now to help clean up the environmental mess caused by the strip-mining of rare-earth metals necessary to make these damned solar panels? I mean, we want the entire process to be kept "green", right?
