On the Fact that (According to Researchers at the University of Chicago - https://cnsnews.com/commentary/teri-christoph/liberal-student-loan-forgiveness-plan-scam) Mr. Biden's Student-Loan Forgiveness Program Would Give Six Times as Much Relief to Families In the Top 10% as it Would to Families In the Bottom 10%

I'm not a big fan of student-loan forgiveness to begin with (the fact that subsidizing something invariably makes it more expensive, the moral issues relative to it, etc.) but if you're going to go down this path, shouldn't we at least means-test it (you know, so we don't have plumbers and carpenters picking up the tab for doctors, lawyers, and engineers)? I'm just askin'.
