So clearly this is a contagion that impacts predominantly on the the elderly and on individuals already infirmed.......and yet instead of concentrating on these more vulnerable populations, we did what any chowder-headed bureaucrat would do and took out a gigantic sledgehammer, the damage of which we probably won't know for decades.
