On the Fact that In 1993 (In Herrera Versus Collins) Former Supreme Court Judge, Antonin Scalia, Claimed that There Was No Basis for Finding In the Constitution a Right to Demand Judicial Review of Newly Discovered Evidence Brought Forward After a Conviction, Even In Cases Where an Execution Has Been Ruled

Conservative Republicans have had a 30-year infatuation for this guy and, while, yeah, he may have been decent on some things, his opinion on this particular case proves that he was also a dirt-bag on occasion; apparently having little problem with a potentially innocent man getting smoked by the state...….Seriously, how do you defend THAT
