On North Korea's Recent Missile-Tests

Well maybe if South Korea and the U.S weren't constantly engaged in those stupid drills near the border, that little Neanderthal to the North wouldn't be so damned paranoid and refrain from some this shit. I mean, I understand that the deep-state and war-parties in D.C. always need to have a villain and all but maybe rattling this lunatic's cage isn't the wisest move I'M JUST SAYIN'.
