On Harry Jaffa's Belief that Winston Churchill Isn't Just the Man of the Century but the Man of Many Centuries

If you ever needed more evidence that history is written by the victors and the court historians, how 'bout this little piece of groveling? I mean, you've got a fellow here in Churchill who a) helped plunge his country into two moronic and unnecessary wars (world wars, no less), b) perpetrated numerous war crimes (the hunger blockade of Germany during and even after the first world war, the terror bombing of German cities all throughout WW2, etc.), and c) utilized propaganda and trickery to hoodwink the U.S. into joining his madness.............and HE'S the best choice that Jaffa can come up with. I don't know, me, I probably would have chosen one of the inventors or scientists; Tesla, Einstein, Fermi, Feynman, etc........A lot less blood that way.
