On the Likelihood of a Civilization Divided by Animosity, Resentment, Envy, Mistrust, and Reciprocal Bigotry (AKA, a Multi-Cultural Entity Absent a Shared Ethos) Not Descending Into a State of Either Chaos, Balkanization, or Outright Civil War - It all depends. Is there a strongman like Saddam Hussein or Tito keeping a lid on the anarchy or has it descended into discord or worse? One of those two eventualities, would be my guess.
