Perjury is an uphill thing to prove in that defendants can always just say, "yeah, I made a mistake on that one, I apologize" (intent to deceive being the main ingredient in garnering a guilty verdict). Now, if there's a paper-trail that unimpeachably proves some deception on the part of Mr. Brennan, that's a whole new ballgame. Hopefully there is one.
