Trump's most ardent supporters are of course trying to peddle this foolishness as simply more 4-D chess (a cunning attempt to induce more people to focus on these Democratic Governors which obviously helps Trump......or so it goes) but, I don't know, to me it seems more along the lines of Trump throwing additional shit against the wall to see what sticks. You know, that whole past performance predicts the future thing.
