Get Him to Stop Constantly Referring to His Program in Short-Hand; "We're Trying to Get Him to Come on the Factor", Etc.
What would be my answer to the question, "So, if you could do a total make-over on Bill "O'Reilly, what would be the first thing that you would change about him?"
I catch O'Reilly a couple times a week....and yes,he is a self promoting blowhard but he does have some interesting segments.He also does'nt shy away form liberal guest.He's had Michael Moore on numerous times....hell,tomorrow Ben Affleck is a guest and I like Dennis Miller.
I either get up very early or am still up at daylight and have been watching FBN......although he's older then dirt,Don Imus is still pretty good and has a wide variety of guest.
I've noticed CNN is becoming more main stream.....they've been all over this recent fuck up/cover up in Lybia.
Honestly, Russ, O'Reilly doesn't bother me all that much. I don't know if it's because he's mellowed or because everybody else has gone completely off the deep-end (Hannity, Schultz, Olbermann, Matthews, Beck, etc., etc.). And, yeah, I like the Dennis Miller segments, too....On the anonymity of the Lions' offensive line a few years back - "It's the NFL's version of the witness protection program."
