I just want to take a few minutes to explain some of the omissions; Elizabeth Hurley (overrated), Nicole Kidman (way too Barbie-Dollish), Bette Davis and Joan Crawford (too creepy), Marilyn Monroe, Jane Russell, and Jayne Mansfield (too busty), Katie Hepburn (too much facial character), and Jaqueline Bissett (not enough facial character).
