On a Fellow Named Andrew McCarthy Writing a Piece for "Men's Journal" In Which He Opines that Neil Peart's (Drummer from Rush) Drum Solo from the Song, "YYZ", Is "One of the Greatest of All Time"

   I'll start off by admitting that Rush is definitely one of the better hard rock bands around but to call ANY rock drummer, one of the greatest ever when there are hundreds of jazz performers who could blow him out of the water, is rather implausible in my view. For example, Art Blakey, Max Roach, Tony Williams, Elvin Jones, Paul Motian, Jack DeJohnette, Billy Higgins, and, yes, for my money, Bob Moses, too. There simply isn't a comparison.
