So the most qualified (not to mention, available) demographic gets inordinately discriminated against while the grouping that's had a hard time reaching 170 on the LSATs and which constitutes a much smaller population gets nearly a quarter of the openings. Pretty sure that the crafters of affirmative action laws had a little something different in mind and that previous quote from Humphrey alone pretty much codifies it.
