If one is well-off, any place in the world can be home. Many US ex-pats go overseas to escape taxes as well, but oddly some go to places with higher taxes. Dunno, if I had that kind of $$, I'd raise buffalo like Ted Turner. Borg was quite the player in his day, though.
Punitive policies that harshly mislabel people who work hard and earn a lot for what they do as "plutocrats" to be punished usually backfire.
Those of means, like Borg, weather such predation quite easily. Middle and lower class people can't, and they are the ones who often end up actually suffering.
And those who whine about "plutocrats" all the time are people of weak character who have given into impulses of greed and envy, and are somehow instilled with the idea that the best way to get ahead is not to strive, but to sit like a troll in dark places and insult their betters who have their act together and have made something of their lives.
I still can't believe that the Cavs paid Shaq $20 million in 2009. I mean, my God, that comes out to about 50 grand per rebound.......Actually, ESPN did one of their 30 for 30 documentaries on how more than half of the professional athletes end up filing for bankruptcy. I don't remember if Rodman was one of them.
