On the Obama Administration's Decision to Delay the 2015 Individual Mandate Until After the 2014 Mid-Term Elections

Yeah, I would say that that was pretty nakedly political (going from 2 weeks before the election to 2 weeks after the election) and something that only a hard-core partisan dullard would even attempt to champion.
