Rick Santorum is another Daniel Webster. But, while Daniel Webster was "elected" because Democrats didn't show up, Santorum (if he is the nominee) will be lose in a landslide. More people show up for presidential elections. Backward religious fanatics are a minority in the US.
If you're looking for somebody who's going to defend Rick Santorum (unless, that is, somebody moronically compares him to the Taliban), you've definitely come to the wrong place.
