Genocide Watch currently has South Africa at stage 5 of its 10 stages (so halfway there) and that seems about right to me. So, no, it isn't a legit genocide yet. HOWEVER, the fact that you have this fucking asshole singing, "shoot the Boer, shoot the farmer" in front of a stadium filled with mouth-breathers singing along, they appear to be at least considering it.
