On Bill O'Reilly Making Hay Over the Fact that Today's Marijuana is Significantly Stronger than the Stuff From 30 to 40 Years Ago Was

It's like, "Yeah, Bill, and that's why people are only taking one or two hits these days as opposed to smoking an entire joint."......My God, do we have to explain everything to this fellow?

    It is legal in our area, but the
    local communities have been reluctant to issue permits for shops. Meanwhile the drug programs in the schools are pondering what to say to the tykes.
