  So, yet another self-hating and vaguely defined slur ("practicing white") directed at millions of disparate people from New Zealand to Latvia to Great Britain to Colorado, U.S.A. to the Northwest Territories in Canada. Of course it would be helpful if these idiots spelled out exactly what they mean by this crazy-assed verbiage but they dodge that question and probably because they don't know how to respond other than "white people bad, everyone else good."
