It's ludicrous. a) Trump told his supporters on that day to march PEACEFULLY AND PATRIOTICALLY, not to storm the damned Capitol. b) He posted on social media the previous night to respect "our brave men and women in blue", not to bum-rush and attack them. c) a D.C. police captain and tactical commander named Carneysha Mendoza testified while under oath that there were paid agitators on January 6th who destroyed the security barriers and who lured protestors to the Capitol grounds (legit insurrections generally don't require such measures) - https://amgreatness.com/2023/01/13/what-the-january-6-videos-will-show/. d) Recently declassified videos seem to strongly suggest that the police initiated the mayhem by using flash-bangs, rubber bullets, paint-balls, sting-ball grenades, tear gas, pepper spray, and God only knows what else - So it was ALL a Lie on Jan 6th - https://rumble.com/v3wwwry-so-it-was-all-a-lie-on-jan-6th-and-they-knew-it-all-along-redacted-with-nat.html. e) Nobody has been charged with insurrection so far and the only guns that they uncovered were found in the trunk of some yahoo's car. And f) Inspector General Horowitz has all but admitted that there were F.B.I. people in the crowd doing what exactly, who the fuck knows.
This of course isn't to say that there wasn't some nasty shit going down that day (and, yes, anyone who attacked a cop and/or engaged in property damage must face justice) but to preposterously label it collectively as an, "insurrection", just makes you look foolish and we don't want that, right?
