The left has a way of framing things to make them seem more palatable, in this case, abortion. Yes, a woman's right to "choose" is a legitimate position to have (I consider myself pro-choice, at least up to a point; 12 weeks, 15 weeks, whatever) but let's be real about what an abortion is, OK? It's the destruction of a fetus through dismemberment and the bludgeoning of a skull. And while I get it that we shouldn't want to guilt-trip the women who have these abortions, securing informed consent is such an important component of ANY medical procedure that sugar-coating it just doesn't seem right. To me, at least.
