On the Fact that COVID-19 Shares 80% of its Genetic Makeup with SARS

Sounds intriguing but being that humans share 96% of their genetic code with chimps and 98% with bonobo monkeys (https://www.nationalgeographic.com/news/2005/8/chimps-humans-96-percent-the-same-gene-study-finds/), the relevance of it I haven't got a clue (and I'm not entirely sure that "they" do, either).
