On the Fact that in Order to Spend a Day in Newport, You Have to Dish Out $4 to Drive Over the Claiborne Pell Bridge to Get There and Then $4 More to Get Back Out

So yeah, eight bucks altogether (this and the fucking bridge still sucks like a washboard) and it's still not enough apparently. Man, do we ever need some reforms here.
