"Broken Windows" is out the window with Tall Bill......NYC will soon be the shithole it was under Dinkins.....just a shame.
Dinkins had some issues for certain but I would take him any day over Sandinista Bill (that's the nickname that I've given the guy). I would even go as far as to say that Weiner would have been a better choice.
