The fact here is that the U.S. has been decarbonizing for well over 100 years now (from wood to coal to oil to natural gas to nuclear, with some hydro thrown in for good measure) and we really don't need a bunch of government bureaucrats to tell us that this as a good thing (not from an emissions standpoint but from an efficiency one). I mean, how insulting is that?

DeleteEducation and housing they've also loused up pretty much.
ReplyDeleteGovernment should concern itself with insuring individual liberties while at the same time concerning itself with advancing and protecting the public welfare.
ReplyDeleteFind a formula for doing both that sooner or later doesn't conflict.
