A fraction of those who died in the Allied bombing at Dresden alone. And also a fraction of the hundreds of thousands of Filipino civilians who died during Pres. "Teddy"'s imperial war against the Phillipines.
Still better than Lenin, Stalin, Pinochet, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, Mugabe, etc, and so on and so forth...
