Madison was overshadowed by Jefforson but he possed every bit as brilliant s mind has his contemporary.
ReplyDeleteAll of the Founding Fathers and early Presidents were flawed but I agree with you that these 2 were the cream of the crop at least in terms of their philosophy (each of them recognizing the potential abuses of an unchecked federal government).
