On Michele Bachmann's "Endorsement" of Mr. Romney

It was about as sincere as Louis Farrakhan peddling kosher stuff.

24 comments:

  1. Gingrich called Romney a LIAR during the campaign for the nomination, and Santorum said Romney was the WORST POSSIBLE for president.

But these two guy now endorsed a LIAR and THE WORST POSSIBLE candidate.

    Explain that.

Also, Michele Bachmann thinks Romney will make a great president after she was all over Ron Paul telling him he was the greatest.

    Do Repubs have any honor?

    1. I might ask the same question of democrats. I'm not attempting to start an argument but politics are politics and there is plenty of this going around in both camps. We all know it.

  2. I know many conservatives, in your vernacular that means republicans that won't be behind Mittens.

Why do you refer to those you disagree with as shitheads? You do not know them personally and in general the left takes great offense when the right does the same.

It is okay for me however to call a fellow rightie a shithead.

  3. What is worse, that or a pathological liar? Just curious.

  4. Les, might you be referring to Debbie Wasserman Schultz perhaps? Ms. Pelosi? Barney the Dinosaur? Mad Maxine?

  5. Of course, before wd jumps all over me here, I should probably also mention Republican madmen such as Louie Gohmert, Steve King, and last but not least the wonderful Mrs. Bachmann. It certainly does take two sides to tango.

  6. As my most recent, and unplanned post at RN USA kinda touched on. In a different way.

  7. Will, I'm unaware that any of the people you listed lied. I strongly believe you are mistaken.

  8. Completes an impressive trifecta of endorsements...Bachmanm, Trump
    & Nugent.

  9. Barney Frank lied on national television, not once but twice. And I believe that the topic was shitheads, besides.

  10. If the topic is "shitheads" why did you list a bunch of very intelligent Democrats?

  11. Pelosi, smart?......Anybody want to tee that one up? LOL

  12. Pelosi smart???

Compared to what as everything is relative to something right?

    I'm thinking a bat.

  13. Shaw seems to suffer from memory loss.....what did Obama and Hillary have to say about each other in 2008?.Hmmm Shaw, you're running down your oneway street again.

  14. Yes, Rusty. I remember such things as Hillary's campaign, through Geraldine Ferraro, bashing Obama for his skin color. And it was her campaign which made the "Obama is a Muslim" thing big and public.

Of course, Ferraro and the person who sent the Muslim email out got sacked.... .but not before they did their damage. Very slick, Hillary.

  15. dmarks: I remember such things as Hillary's campaign, through Geraldine Ferraro, bashing Obama for his skin color.

Are you sure it wasn't a black guy? If Geraldine Ferraro, then she should have been bashing him for being a woman. That's how these stories of yours usually go.

Ferraro was responsible for her own words; what she said wasn't "through the Hillary Clinton campaign".

And nothing Hillary or Obama said was as unwalkbackable as what Romney's fellow presidential contenders said.

  16. "If Geraldine Ferraro, then she should have been bashing him for being a woman. That's how these stories of yours usually go"

Not at all. Unlike you, I recognize the fact that racist attacks can come from any race and be toward any race. Even though most incidents are in fact white against black.

And no, it is not how these "Stories' of mine usually go. For one thing, it is actual events, not 'stories'. For another, they usually "don't go" that way.

Try again. You failed this time.

  17. I was referring to your previous imaginary claim that that Toure bashed Cain for being black. In this case you imagined that Ferraro spoke for the Hillary campaign.

Obviously the observation annoyed you... no doubt due to how accurate it is. I therefore give the comment a huge "win".

  19. Politifact is wrong, as they often are. And what they claim regarding EITs has been debunked. The term "Enhanced Interrogation Technique" was not in use at the time, so those at the CIA who said she was briefed on the use of "EITs" are lying.

  20. The documents are "in time", wd. Unless you're alleging that they've been forged and that Porter Goss and this Rodriquez fellow are both lying....Debunked by who?

    ReplyDelete
  21. According to Rodriguez, there exists a cable that went from the CIA headquarters to the black site informing them that the briefing for the House leadership had indeed taken place. If Pelosi had even one scintilla of decency, she would request that Mr. Obama declassify this document ASAP - this, so that the American public can finally see who the real liar is.

  22. WD "I was referring to your previous imaginary claim that that Toure bashed Cain for being black"

The bashing came from Toure, and it was racist. I would be a liar if I denied it.

  23. "In this case you imagined that Ferraro spoke for the Hillary campaign."

In actual fact, Ferraro was working in Hillary Clinton's national finance committee at the time, and was representing the campaign. A clear case of actual history. I'd be imagining things or lying if I said that Ferraro was not speaking for the Clinton campaign at this time. It was her job.
