On a "60 Minutes" Piece from the 1970s Seemingly Showing a Condition In Syria Where the Jews and Arabs Lived Together In Relative Harmony

  Mike Wallace is one of the greatest journalists of his generation but in this instance he and his crew apparently didn't know that there were plain-clothed security personnel on the scene and so the Jews being interviewed had no choice but to paint this rosy picture......and that had the interview been conducted in private the responses would have been at least shaded differently. But hey, we all make a boo boo from time to time.
